Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS or engineering.
• 5–8 years of software/application development experience.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with APIs, system integration, and service-based architectures.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and enterprise data.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications with modern LLM tools.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to design and iterate on AI solutions.
• Understanding of orchestration for multi-step workflows and agentic patterns.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and authentication considerations.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows, data, exceptions, and constraints with business teams.
• Build rapid prototypes for AI-enabled workflows, assistants, agents, and automations.
• Rapidly validate technical feasibility and operational usefulness of prototypes.
• Translate prototype learnings into patterns and governance inputs for the AI CoE.
• Help move successful prototypes toward scalable delivery with cross-functional teams.
