Lance is seeking a Solutions Engineer for an on-site role in San Francisco, CA. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement Lance’s AI solutions, focusing on seamless integrations and real-time decision-making to enhance guest experiences.

Daily work includes developing software to support integrations, delivering technical demonstrations for presales, and guiding deployments from start to finish with strong problem-solving and hospitality software familiarity.

Qualifications

In-person SF role and full-time on-site.
Proficiency in software development and system integrations.
Background in consulting and solving client problems.
Strong communication for sales and presales, with technical demos.
Experience customizing and automating complex software solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer engagement.
Familiarity with hospitality software and AI tech is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
