Job summary

Lance in San Francisco is seeking a Product Engineer to own features end to end for our hotel OS and AI agent platform. You’ll work directly with our CEO and CTO in a small, fast, in-person team, shipping production code that hotel staff rely on daily.

The ideal candidate has a CS or engineering degree (or nearing graduation) with strong programming fundamentals and experience building real projects. A passion for AI/LLM applications, plus hospitality or SaaS experience, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree (or graduating soon) in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals with real project experience.
• Interest in AI/LLM applications; hospitality or SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack product features used daily by hotel staff and guests.
• Build and improve AI agent workflows (voice/call handling, workflow automation, integrations with hotel systems).
• Turn customer feedback into product decisions and iterate quickly.
• Own quality, reliability, and performance of what you ship.
