Job summary

Raylu is hiring its first AI Sales Engineer to be the face of our AI research platform. You will own the end-to-end customer journey from initial demo to daily power user, serving as the bridge between customer workflows and our product roadmap.

You will join a fully in-office NYC team, collaborating with Partnerships, Sales and Product to build GTM processes and drive customer value through AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales engineering, customer success, account management at a hyper-growth B2B startup, or related fields.
• Strong product sense with ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements.
• Comfortable with AI/LLMs and eager to learn prompts and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Discovery, demos & onboarding: join calls, tailor demos, configure Raylu for quick value in trials.
• Usage, metrics & engagement: build dashboards, track product usage, guide customers on AI features.
• AI product expertise & feedback: master Raylu capabilities and translate feedback into roadmap requirements.
• Growth & expansion: support renewals and expansions by quantifying value and identifying new use cases.
• Foundation building: help create GTM and customer functions with Partnerships, Sales and Product.
