Job summary

Raylu AI in New York City seeks an AI Strategist to be the face of Raylu and own the full customer journey from first login to daily power user. You will bridge customer needs with what we build, advising private markets on AI-driven sourcing workflows and shaping repeatable playbooks with deal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in customer success or account management at a hyper-growth B2B startup or finance in PE, VC, or consulting.
• Strong product sense with ability to translate customer needs into requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives, managers, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & adoption: educate and tailor Raylu to clients' workflows; drive onboarding and adoption.
• High-touch engagement: set up dashboards, monitor activity, and anticipate needs to guide product updates.
• Product feedback loop: translate customer feedback into clear requirements for the roadmap.
• Customer success foundation: create repeatable processes, playbooks, dashboards for scale.
