You will collaborate with leaders to translate complex processes into usable AI solutions, ensure responsible use, and document deployments for ongoing support and improvement.

Qualifications

• Design, build, test, and improve reusable AI tools—skills, agents, GPTs.
• Translate loosely defined executive workflows into actionable steps and use cases.
• Prototype and test AI solutions with emphasis on accuracy, usability, and governance.
• Create easy-to-follow documentation for deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure responsible use, permissions, and data handling across solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees to identify business challenges and define use cases.
• Develop reusable AI skills, agents, and GPTs for repeatable workflows.
• Test solutions for accuracy, reliability, and security; review AI outputs before release.
• Document purpose, setup, limitations, ownership, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Maintain and improve solutions based on user feedback and evolving needs.
• Produce concise demonstrations and guidance to help employees use AI tools effectively.
