Genworth is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer in Stamford, CT, offering a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days. You will partner with business teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions, including intelligent automation and workflow integrations, using Microsoft technologies.

The role requires 2+ years in IT/operations, experience with automation tools, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Hybrid work model with core business hours 9am-5pm EST.

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence, intelligent agents, automation, and modern Microsoft technologies can improve business processes and employee productivity. You will help design, build, and support AI-powered solutions, including conversational agents, intelligent automation, and workflow integrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology and has hands‑on experience developing AI, automation, or low-code solutions.

What you will be doing

• Partner with business teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and support AI-powered applications, agents, automation, and workflow solutions.
• Build and enhance intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI technologies.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, APIs, databases, enterprise systems and advanced generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with the Business Analysts and end users to deliver scalable, supportable solutions.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements based on business feedback and usage data.
• Document solutions and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend opportunities for adoption.
• Support AI enablement efforts through demonstrations, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support Data Servicing with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI.

What you bring

• BA/BS degree, preferably in a computer science, information systems, engineering, business analytics or related field
• 2+ years operations/IT experience, preferably in an insurance or asset management company
• Experience withautomation tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Platform or CoPilot Studio)
• Ability todesign, develop, andmaintainautomated solutions
• Understanding ofsystems integration and workflow automation
• Strongprocess mapping (as-is /to-be)and documentation skills
• Experience working withcomplex business processes (e.g., investments, operations)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to design andmaintaincomplex processes
• Ability to multi-task and absorb information across a broad spectrum of systems and asset classes
• Ability toinitiateand drive tasks to completion, self-starter
• Advanced Exceland Power BIskills (e.g., Power Queries, VBA)

• Experience withMS Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, PythonandAzure AI Foundry
• Knowledge of Blackrock Aladdin BlackRock Trading Platform

COMPENSATION

High-Cost Range (includes New York): $97,300 – 146,000

Disclaimer: This role is aligned to a national market-based pay range. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan. Incentive compensation is based on individual and company performance and is not guaranteed.
