Junior AI-Assisted Software Engineer

SS&C GlobeOp is seeking a curious, adaptable, and forward-thinking Junior AI-Assisted Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is excited about using modern tools (including generative AI) to accelerate software development. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, experiment with new approaches, and continuously learn.

What You Will Get To Do:

• Use AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, CodeWhisperer, etc.) to assist in writing, refactoring, and debugging code.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of professional software development experience.

• Experience experimenting with AI, prompt engineering, or automation tools.
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Demonstrated interest in learning and trying new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
