evolv Consulting is seeking a talented Consultant (LLM/AI Skillset) in Dallas, TX to lead as Product Owner within a Scrum Team. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate cutting-edge ML capabilities into solutions and architectures.

You will design, deploy, and optimize state-of-the-art models, including RAG approaches, and work with vector databases to ensure scalable, reliable AI products for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years guiding software teams as Product Owner/PM.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum principles and customer-first delivery.
• Experience delivering data-driven solutions and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum Team as Product Owner within cross-functional groups.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate ML into solutions.
• Architect and deploy ML models powering conversational AI product suites.
• Design and optimize RAG models for information retrieval and generation.
• Utilize vector databases for efficient information retrieval.
• Fine-tune large language models (e.g., Cohere) for specific use cases.
• Implement NLP/NLU/NLG techniques to boost product capabilities.
• Ensure ML components integrate reliably into production systems.
