Job summary

evolv Consulting is seeking a talented Consultant (LLM/AI Skillset) in Dallas, TX to lead as Product Owner within a Scrum Team. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate cutting-edge ML capabilities into solutions and architectures.

You will design, deploy, and optimize state-of-the-art models, including RAG approaches, and work with vector databases to ensure scalable, reliable AI products for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years guiding software teams as Product Owner/PM.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum principles and customer-first delivery.
• Experience delivering data-driven solutions and dashboards.

We are seeking a talented and professional Consultant (LLM/AI Skillset) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader and team player within a Scrum Team as the Product Owner
• Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure the magnificent integration of machine learning capabilities into our solutions.
• Architect, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art models to power our conversational AI product suite.
• Design, develop, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models to facilitate effective information retrieval and generation in conversational AI systems.
• Utilize vector databases and advanced indexing techniques to efficiently store and retrieve relevant information for conversational contexts.
• Fine-tune and optimize large language models such as Cohere for specific use cases in the technology, Construction & utilities domain.
• Implement and experiment with cutting-edge NLP, NLU, and NLG techniques to enhance the capabilities and performance of our conversational AI products.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and conversational AI to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
• Remain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metrics involve deliverables met, client satisfaction, future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration).
• Prioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals.
• Contribute to evolv's culture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.
• Help grow evolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience playing the Product Owner/product Manager role for a software development team, applying scrum principles, practices, and methodology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the Agile framework and principles.
• Experience in launching a new or enhancing technology.
• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g., dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
• Experience with procurement, expense management, and treasury businesses and processes.
