Evolutio Inc. is seeking an AI Consultant to drive profitability by dedicating 75% of time to billable client work, delivering hands-on data science services and sophisticated AI solutions across industries.

The role emphasizes deep technical expertise in AI and data science in a fast-growing professional services practice. Collaborate with clients to design and implement ML/AI systems, lead model development, and translate complex concepts into clear project plans while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant work experience.
• 4 years of experience in a technical engineering role
• 2 years of experience in SaaS development or technical consulting
• Demonstrated expertise in data science, ML, and AI including SQL, Python, ML model development, and AI observability
• Data engineering, warehousing, and visualization with Kafka, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, and PowerBI

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and develop AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems and align with user needs
• Lead the development and validation of machine learning models with high performance and accuracy
• Deliver scalable and repeatable AI/DS solutions for clients
• Apply ML techniques including classification, regression, time-series forecasting, Visual AI, and Generative AI
• Hands-on model design, building, and validation using industry-standard frameworks and tools
• Support end-to-end data science workflows from data prep to deployment
• Develop and deliver use cases using LLMs to summarize and automate processes
• Promote knowledge sharing and elevate the delivery team's technical acumen
• Identify impactful AI/ML use cases across industries and prototype/validate solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and delivery
• Incorporate client feedback to improve solution quality and user satisfaction
• Support MVP to production release balancing speed with quality
