Job summary

PCCW Group's HKT is seeking a business-minded AI Solution Consultant to support customer engagements and shape AI solution proposals. You will translate business needs into clear use cases, work with engineers and partners, and deliver compelling customer-facing stories across Generative AI and enterprise AI applications.

You will stay current with AI trends, conduct structured research, and help turn insights into practical value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in solution consulting, business analysis, digital transformation or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and develop solution recommendations.
• Experience preparing customer-facing proposals, business cases, presentations, executive briefings, and solution narratives.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements into actionable insights.
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, AI Agents, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics, Cloud Solutions, or emerging technology consulting.
• Strong storytelling capability, with experience translating technical content into clear business narratives and executive-level messages.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development & Storytelling: Develop high-quality solution proposals, customer presentations, executive materials, business cases and solution narratives.
• Customer Discovery & Use-case Identification: Participate in customer meetings, discovery sessions and workshops to understand business priorities and frame AI use cases.
• Business-Technical Translation: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams and translate inputs into customer-facing messages and business benefits.
• AI Trend Research & Experimentation: Stay current on Generative AI, AI Agents, enterprise AI platforms and conduct structured research and hands-on experimentation when useful.
• Market & Solution Research: Research market trends and vendor capabilities to support customer engagements and improve solution recommendations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, solution architects, partners and vendors to refine solution approaches and coordinate activities.
• Knowledge Sharing: Turn AI research findings into concise internal briefings and reusable content.
