Job summary

Ema builds AI Employees for HR, IT and Finance, and seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect/Pre-sales engineer to translate customer requirements into scalable deployments. You will understand Ema's technology, deliver tailored demos, and guide PoCs to production with a focus on business outcomes.

You will collaborate with global teams, design integrations, and help customers succeed in cloud or on-prem deployments across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in Solutions Architect/Pre-sales or similar role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and cloud technologies.
• Experience with solution design, architecture, and integration.
• Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities
