Amentum is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the COE's technical execution backbone for JANUS, lighthouse delivery, and governance. This role bridges business demand and platform engineering across Azure-based environments, with US citizenship required and hybrid work to Reston, VA.

Qualifications

5+ years of AI/data program architecture or enterprise delivery experience with a technical degree.
Experience operating an enterprise intake/portfolio system for AI or technology initiatives.
Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).

Responsibilities

Own JANUS operations for COE intake, triage, prioritization, and lifecycle tracking of AI use cases.
Translate business problems into technical AI solution architectures and reusable patterns.
Support GenAI integration and deployment into enterprise workflows.
Coordinate lighthouse charter execution and surface blockers to leadership.
Maintain COE decision logs and ensure monthly readiness for Council packages.
Collaborate with vendors and internal owners to document reusable patterns and exit criteria.
