Job summary

Hyperexponential (hx) is looking for a Solutions Architect for Field Engineering to help scale a modern AI-powered platform for insurers. You’ll translate complex prospect requirements and legacy constraints into clear integration approaches, guide security and due-diligence reviews, and move multi-stakeholder deals toward Tech Win.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and integrating complex B2B software solutions, preferably in data-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled delivery and using AI tools in documentation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Proven ability to run technical evaluations, POVs, and due diligence across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience articulating architectures with APIs, event-driven patterns, IAM, and related patterns.
• Capability to deliver Proofs of Concept or Value that contributed to winning accounts.
• Collaborative with sales, providing technical support aligned to deal strategy.
• Contribute to shared technical assets and standards for scalable impact.

Responsibilities

• Translate prospect requirements into actionable integration approaches aligned to onboarding playbooks.
• Lead technical discovery workshops with underwriters and IT to map workflows.
• Act as the technical voice during sales processes, guiding RFPs and security reviews.
• Design and present POVs, proofs of concept, and demos highlighting integration capabilities.
• Partner with Product Engineering as Customer Zero to test features in real scenarios.
• Create reusable assets such as reference architectures and demos for multiple deals.
