Job summary

Hyperexponential in London is expanding its Client Education team. You will deliver technical training to clients and partners, build and maintain courses, and support certification programs for pricing tools within the hx platform.

You'll work with actuaries and developers, translating product features into practical training. A CS-style background and strong communication are essential, with opportunities for growth and equity as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Delivered training/workshops to non-technical audiences; material built or taught.
• Studied Computer Science or gained hands-on programming experience (Python).
• Worked with SaaS tools, APIs or similar products.
• Proactively built or improved a course or learning content.
• Can adjust technical depth for different audiences.
• Thrives in shifting scope and unclear briefs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions, live and online, to clients and partners covering platform fundamentals and pricing models.
• Create and maintain high-quality course content, online modules, videos, and workshop materials.
• Support certification assessments with practical exercises using the hx platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer, and Partnerships to translate features into training.
• Assist partner enablement to onboard and deliver hx training to a consistent standard.
• Maintain course health and update documentation to align with product changes.
