The senior role focuses on defining architecture and strategic vision for large-scale AI, automation, and orchestration initiatives across enterprise networks. You will partner with business, engineering, platform, and operations teams to drive AI transformation, governance, and scalable, secure architectures while aligning with enterprise objectives and compliance

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an AI Solution Architect. Position type: Contract. Duration: 12 Months. Location: Chandler Arizona (Hybrid).

As an AI Solution Architect, you will:

Senior AI/Enterprise Architect responsible for defining the architecture and strategic vision for large-scale AI, Agentic AI, automation, and orchestration solutions supporting Network Services transformation. The role designs scalable, secure, and production-ready architectures, evaluates system impacts and integrations, and establishes reusable standards and governance frameworks. Working closely with business, engineering, platform, and operations teams, the architect drives AI-enabled workflows, deterministic automation, and orchestration capabilities. The position also guides technology roadmaps, architectural decisions, solution delivery, and adoption of emerging AI technologies while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI, Agentic AI, Network AI, orchestration, integration, and automation architectures, ensuring scalable and reusable enterprise solutions.
• Evaluate systems, workflows, integrations, dependencies, and non-functional requirements to guide secure, resilient, and production-ready implementations.
• Partner with business, engineering, and operations teams to drive architecture standards, governance, design reviews, implementation planning, and AI transformation initiatives.

Skills Required

• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture, AI/Agentic AI, workflow orchestration, integrations, and deterministic automation across application, data, and automation domains.
• Strong ability to evaluate system impacts, dependencies, architecture trade-offs, and non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, resiliency, and observability.
• Experience translating business objectives into scalable architectural solutions, reusable patterns, technology roadmaps, governance standards, and future-state designs.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills, partnering with architecture, engineering, product, delivery, and operations teams while providing design reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*:
$65 - $70/hr W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
