Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or AI-focused field engineering.
• Proficient in Python.
• Hands-on experience training, evaluating, and deploying DL models, including modern LLMs.
• Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customers.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design custom demos and lead PoCs end-to-end.
• Partner with Account Executives on commercial motion and with field engineers for domain depth.
• Advise on best practices from first technical conversation through production and expansion.
• Represent voice of the customer to influence product roadmap.
