CoreWeave is hiring an Account Solutions Architect who will own the technical relationship with customers across the full platform — infrastructure, models, Weave, and observability. The role focuses on expanding platform adoption, solving real-world AI problems, and collaborating with account teams to ensure customer success in production environments.

The candidate should have 4+ years in AI-focused engineering roles, strong Python, DL model experience, and familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or AI-focused field engineering.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on DL model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment.
• Experience designing/ deploying production LLM apps.
• Experience running AI workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to explain complex topics to engineers and executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships end-to-end across CoreWeave platform.
• Deepen platform adoption and drive expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and field engineers.
• Represent voice of the customer internally and provide product feedback.
• Assist customers in scaling AI workloads in production.
