Job summary

Clearway Energy Group in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that optimize renewable asset development and operations.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures, build rapid PoCs, and guide production deployments across wind, solar, and storage assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ML or data engineering, including recent production LLM or RAG work.
• Proven track record of taking AI projects from proof-of-concept to production.
• Strong experience with Snowflake Cortex AI or similar systems for enterprise AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex AI and cloud-native technologies.
• Develop rapid proofs-of-concept for RAG applications, optimization, forecasting, and maintenance use cases.
• Design and implement AI agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration tools.
• Create interactive demos and prototypes using Streamlit or Hex for stakeholder validation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system architectures.
• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML models for business process optimization and energy forecasting.
• Integrate AI via APIs/SDKs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Implement MLOps pipelines using Dagster, Snowflake, and LLM observability tooling.
• Design and optimize RAG architectures, including vector databases and embedding strategies.
• Ensure robust version control and collaboration using GitHub/GitLab.
