You will design, implement, and train staff on AI-driven solutions while supporting day-to-day IT needs to maintain secure, efficient systems. This is a forward-thinking technical role with opportunity to shape AI adoption in renewable energy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience with AI tools or automation platforms or applied ML.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, or similar.
• Strong IT generalist skills (Windows, Mac, networking, cloud platforms).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams with ease.

Responsibilities

• AI & Automation (Primary Focus): Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Develop AI-driven solutions for process automation, knowledge management, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
• Provide training and support to staff on AI tools, ensuring smooth adoption and responsible use.
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend emerging AI technologies aligned with Greenlink’s mission.
