Publicis Sapient is seeking an Associate Director-level AI Product Manager to join our Product Management craft, focused on renewable energy and solar. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across discovery to scaled adoption, translating business needs into a clear AI product vision and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Senior-level product leadership experience in enterprise settings.
• Renewable energy or solar industry knowledge is preferred.
• Experience taking AI/data products from discovery to production with measurable adoption.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities in solar/renewables and translate needs into a product vision.
• Own AI product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for solar-related solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams from discovery through scaled adoption.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering on model objectives and production readiness.
• Drive AI product experiments from framing to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Translate AI concepts and trade-offs into clear business decisions for clients and operations.
• Define measurable outcomes including business value, adoption, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop data/feedback strategies for improving product performance over time.
• Embed responsible AI and risk controls throughout the lifecycle.
