Publicis Sapient is seeking an Associate Director-level AI Product Manager with deep experience in renewable energy and solar. You will own the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog, leading cross-functional teams from discovery through scaled adoption.

You will articulate complex AI concepts to senior stakeholders and ensure responsible AI practice. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and operators to define objectives, data needs, and success metrics, delivering measurable

Formación

Senior PM or product lead in complex enterprise environments.
Experience in renewable energy, solar, or utilities.
Proven AI product lifecycle from discovery to production and adoption.
Strong AI and technical fluency; comfortable with ML concepts and cloud services.
Ability to translate technical implications into business decisions for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Identify high-value AI opportunities across solar and renewable energy value chain.
Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog.
Lead discovery across utility-scale, commercial, and distributed solar workflows.
