Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks an Associate Director-level AI Product Manager to shape AI product strategy for renewable energy, solar, and grid optimization. You will collaborate with clients, data scientists, and engineers to define the product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes across asset performance, forecasting, maintenance, and energy trading.

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering AI or data products to production.
• Experience in renewable energy or utilities markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI product vision, strategy, and backlog for solar and renewable solutions.
• Lead discovery and translate needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering on model objectives, data needs, and MLOps.
• Drive experimentation from pilots to scaled adoption and continuous improvement.
