Coforge is seeking an AI Solution SME to own end-to-end integrated solutions for its largest, most complex strategic deals. You will stitch together AI-led capabilities across cloud, data, engineering, and enterprise platforms, shaping the executive problem statement and the proposal narrative.

You will run the winroom with the bid squad, collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and industry teams, and ensure a differentiated, client-centric response that closes the deal.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 5–7 years in IT/technology large deals solutioning (AI led, Applications, Infrastructure, Data, BPO).
• 2–3 years in deep AI, Data and Engineering solutioning expertise is mandatory.
• Desirable consulting background (McKinsey, PwC, Bain, BCG).
• Depth in at least one industry vertical: Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel or similar.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end integrated AI-led solution for large deals.
• Lead the win strategy workshop and shape differentiators and storyline.
• Coordinate with client partners, service lines, and delivery teams to build a cohesive proposal.
• Embed AI at the core and create an outcome-based commercial and delivery model.
