Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Account Solutions Architect, Engaged to serve as the named technical partner to existing customers across CoreWeave’s full platform. You’ll deepen platform adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customer success while collaborating with Account Managers and Specialist Field Engineers.

You’ll work hands-on with AI teams training, deploying, and scaling workloads, and you’ll represent the voice of the customer to inform product and address blockers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or AI-focused field engineering.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience training and deploying DL models, including LLMs.
• Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for both engineering and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with CoreWeave customers across the full platform (infrastructure, Models, Weave, observability, and inference).
• Deepen platform adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Specialist Field Engineers, and customer teams to maximize value.
• Surface product feedback and address technical blockers to ensure customer success.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform product and roadmap.
