Job summary

Jobot is seeking a pre-sales technical leader to guide federal customers through AI security deployments. You will architect and deploy our AI security platform in SaaS and airgapped environments, and demonstrate value with PoCs and tailored demos.

The role requires 5+ years in federal solutions architecture, fluency in Python, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS GovCloud. Travel and security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in federal solutions architecture and engineering for IC/DoD/civilian agencies.
• Fluent in Python with hands-on deployment tooling and cloud platforms.
• Experience with AI security, ML workloads, or red-teaming concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements for federal pursuits, guiding discovery to proof of value.
• Architect and deploy the AI security platform in SaaS and airgapped environments.
• Develop integrations against SDKs/APIs and build mission-focused demos/PoCs.
• Advise on applicable frameworks (MITRE ATLAS, OWASP LLM Top 10, NIST AI RMF).
• Deliver technical briefings to both technical and executive audiences.

Job Details

Serve as pre-sales technical lead for federal pursuits across the Intelligence Community, DoD, DHS, and civilian agencies. Partner with Account Directors to help mission owners adopt AI securely, guiding opportunities from discovery through proof of value and technical win. Architect and deploy our AI security platform in SaaS and fully airgapped environments, write real integrations against SDKs/APIs, and build mission-focused demos and PoCs showing how AI workloads are attacked and defended.

What You'll Do:

• Lead discovery workshops and scope proof-of-value engagements


• Deploy in SaaS and airgapped environments (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, AWS GovCloud, VMware/Proxmox/OpenShift)


• Build PoCs (CV, LLM, agentic) and integrate SDKs for model scanning and runtime defense


• Advise on frameworks like MITRE ATLAS, OWASP LLM Top 10, NIST AI RMF


• Deliver demos/briefings to technical and executive audiences


• Represent the company at industry/government events

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in solutions architecture/engineering supporting federal customers (IC, DoD, DHS, civilian)


• Fluent in Python; hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes/Helm and disconnected deployments


• Understands MLOps, adversarial ML, and AI attack classes


• Able to travel and hold/obtain clearance as required
