Tier4 Group's client in Smyrna, GA is seeking an AI Analyst to bridge business needs with AI-enabled solutions in a hybrid environment. The role combines AI solution development, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable value.

You will identify opportunities, design and deploy AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations, and collaborate with developers and leadership to foster adoption while maintaining governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

1+ year hands-on AI solution development in a corporate setting.
Experience delivering AI-powered solutions adopted by business users.
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
Experience building AI agents, copilots, workflows, or similar AI-enabled products.
Familiarity with APIs and integrations to accelerate delivery.
Experience working in Agile teams and software delivery processes.
Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation.
Gather requirements with stakeholders and evaluate business challenges.
Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI-powered solutions, copilots, agents, and workflow automations.
Translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development.
Support solution adoption through demos, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with developers, business users, and leadership to drive innovation across the organization.
Maintain governance, security, and responsible AI practices while delivering solutions.
