Job summary

IMG LIVE in Beverly Hills, CA seeks an AI Solutions Analyst to own AI use cases end-to-end—from intake and scoping through hands-on build, configuration, and delivery. You will design, configure, and ship AI agents and Copilot solutions aligned to mapped business processes.

Collaborate with governance, data readiness, and stakeholder teams; measure adoption and realized benefits, maintain patterns and documentation, and help evaluate emerging AI toolchains for responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Own AI use cases end to end—from intake, scoping, build, configuration, delivery, and benefit measurement.
• Design, build, and configure AI agents and Copilot solutions against mapped business processes.
• Translate business demand into working solutions; prototype rapidly and iterate with stakeholders.
• Establish baselines and measure adoption and realized efficiency after delivery.
• Partner on AI governance, data readiness, and responsible-AI guardrails before shipping.
• Maintain solution documentation, prompt/configuration standards, and a reusable pattern library.
• Support evaluation of the AI toolchain and emerging agent platforms.
