Job summary

Podium is seeking a high-energy sales professional to close new business through relationship-based selling from our Lehi, Utah office. You will evangelize the Podium story, align solutions with client objectives, and drive ongoing quota attainment in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring proven software sales experience, a track record of meeting quota, and excellent communication. This role offers an onsite, collaborative culture with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership ability.
Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals.
Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role.
Experience with quota and commission compensation structure.
Transactional deal cycles.
Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects at all levels (including CEO’s & VPs).
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Highly organized and strong time management skills.
Must be able to work onsite in Lehi, UT office (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

Successfully close new business through relationship based selling.
Master the ability to evangelize the Podium story.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives/needs.
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
Collaborate effectively with the account team and others to drive new business.
Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to be a trusted resource to prospects and customers.
