Job summary

Akina Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to develop AI-enabled software integrating AI capabilities into CNO workflows. You will work with Python, multiple data sources, and external APIs to ensure scalable interoperability with MCP tools.

The role requires collaboration with senior engineers, stakeholder interaction, and proficiency in Python, APIs, and data manipulation. TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in AI are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SWE experience in similar scope
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related discipline required
• Experience with Python, AI concepts, and API integration
• Experience with REST APIs and data sources integration

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic integrations with Python leveraging multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources.
• Build agentic workflows using frameworks like PydanticIA, Langgraph, and DeepAgents.
• Collaborate with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and propose solutions.
• Navigate data types to identify and extract relevant information.
• Test workflows with teammates and propose fixes and enhancements.
