Qualifications

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure workflows within Regrello.
Implement workflow automation based on business needs.

Job description

Design, develop, and configure business workflows within the Regrello platform
Implement workflow automation solutions based on business requirements
Create reusable workflow components and templates
Support workflow testing, validation, and deployment
Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and defects
Develop custom functionality for Regrello implementations
Create and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
Design and implement APIs and web services
Develop automation scripts and supporting applications
Participate in code reviews and development best practices
Build and maintain integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, MES platforms, PLM systems, and data warehouses
Develop RESTful APIs and data synchronization processes
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand requirements
Participate in solution design, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
Translate user stories into technical designs and development tasks
Develop and execute unit and integration tests
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Validate workflow performance and business outcomes
Provide production support for workflows and integrations
Investigate incidents, monitor performance, and participate in root cause analysis
Create technical, integration, API, workflow, deployment, support, and knowledge documentation
Deliver workflow automation solutions, application enhancements, API integrations, test results, deployment packages, monitoring reports, and continuous improvement recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of software development experience
Experience developing enterprise applications and integrations
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, API Authentication, Webhooks, and ETL Concepts
Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and database query optimization
Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, and CI/CD Pipelines
Experience with Regrello platform development and implementation is preferred
Experience with workflow automation or BPM platforms is preferred
Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or quality management processes is preferred
Familiarity with enterprise application integration patterns is preferred
Experience developing cloud-native applications is preferred
Understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices is preferred
C#, Google Cloud Platform, and Docker are preferred
