Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, and business teams.
• Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage sprint activities and coordinate delivery with development teams.
• Monitor feature delivery and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional operations, supply chain, engineering, quality assurance, IT, PMO, and executive leadership teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Define and track KPIs for process performance and workflow adoption.
• Develop dashboards and reporting metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Process Improvement experience
• Experience implementing or supporting workflow automation platforms
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience

• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and roadmaps

• Direct experience with Regrello platform implementations (preferred)
• Experience supporting Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Program Management, or Operational Excellence initiatives (preferred)
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration and business process automation (preferred)
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools (preferred)
• Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications (preferred)
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and ERP systems (preferred)
