Job summary

Landing Point seeks a Manager/Director or Vice President of AI Strategy & Transformation to drive AI adoption across its private equity investment team in Boston. The role focuses on redesigning workflows to AI-first processes and acting as a product manager for AI initiatives.

The successful candidate will build relationships with senior investment staff, run training, and supervise the AI & Automation engineer while shaping the team's AI policy and usage.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of deal or consulting experience in private equity, private credit, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Obessive interest in AI with evidence of building something with AI or automation.
• Credibility and presence with investment professionals.
• Product and project management skills.
• Judgment in a regulated environment.
• Preferred: Working fluency with Claude, workflow automation platforms, and familiarity with CRM and deal-workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Own AI adoption across the PE investment team, measured by active usage in live deal work.
• Build direct relationships with associates, VPs, Principals, and MDs, and earn the right to change how they work.
• Run office hours, working sessions, and desk-side support.
• Identify and develop AI champions inside each sector team.
• Redesign the highest-volume workflows as AI-first.
• Act as product manager for what gets built.
• Build and maintain Claude skills, agents, and automated workflows.
• Manage the firm's Software Engineer for AI & Automation.
• Design and run the training curriculum for the investment team.
• Train the team on the firm's AI policies and monitor tool usage.
