Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP seeks a Process Engineer for AI server repair to lead NPI readiness and the development of repair processes across AI servers, GPU systems, networking and HPC platforms. You will drive throughput, yield, and cycle time improvements while ensuring detailed process documentation and training are in place.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
3–5 years of process/manufacturing/repair engineering experience in electronics or high‑volume settings.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and process mapping.

Responsibilities

Support NPI activities for AI servers, GPU systems and related HPC hardware to ensure readiness before launch.
Develop and improve repair processes to maximize throughput and first pass yield.
Analyze repair and production data to identify failures and bottlenecks and drive improvements.
Create standard work instructions, process docs and visual aids to ensure repeatable repair execution.
Mentor technicians and engineers in Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer quality/safety requirements.
