Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP is seeking a Test Engineer to lead automated and manual test processes for diagnosing and repairing AI servers, GPUs, and related hardware. You will own test strategies, develop fixtures, and work with Quality and Operations to improve defect detection and first pass yield.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with PCB testing and ATE platforms, and the ability to train technicians and engineers in testing methods and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field (Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering).
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in test engineering, electronics manufacturing or repair.
• Experience with AI servers, enterprise GPUs, or complex electronic systems preferred.
• Experience developing test programs for automated test equipment and fixtures.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Lean Six Sigma or structured problem solving knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for automated and manual test processes used to diagnose and repair AI servers and related hardware.
• Develop, validate, and maintain test programs, fixtures, and equipment; optimize test coverage and yield.
• Collaborate with Quality, Ops, and customers to resolve test-related issues and drive improvements.
• Configure and support test systems, fixtures, cables and probes; calibrate equipment.
• Translate technical information into clear procedures and training materials for staff.
