Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. seeks an SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager to lead organic traffic and DTC revenue across corporate sites and Shopify storefronts.

You will own the roadmap, implement AEO strategies, and collaborate with web, content, merchandising, and marketing teams to improve rankings and product discoverability. You will optimize technical SEO, schema markup, page performance, and data-driven reporting while integrating AI-driven discovery channels and emerging tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience with a track record of growing organic revenue and traffic for e-commerce/DTC brands.
• Demonstrated AEO/LLM expertise: optimizing content for AI-driven discovery and understanding how LLMs crawl, index, cite, and surface product recommendations.
• Deep technical SEO: schema markup, site speed, structured data, crawl budget, URL architecture.
• E-commerce acumen: understanding electronics/tech hardware buyer journeys, faceted navigation, product feed management.
• Cross-functional leadership: translate technical needs to engineering, merchandising, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic search roadmap across TP-Link’s core site and Shopify storefronts.
• Develop and implement AI Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategies to maximize brand authority and product citations.
• Optimize Shopify performance: taxonomy, PDPs, structured data, internal linking, canonical tags.
• Manage Google Merchant Center feed optimization in line with SEO for better shopping visibility.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and evaluate SEO tools and AI tracking platforms.
