Job summary

TP-Link Systems USA is seeking a results-driven SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager to lead the company’s organic search strategy across its core site and Shopify storefronts. You will drive traffic, customer acquisition, and direct-to-consumer revenue using technical SEO, content optimization, and emerging AI Engine Optimization methods.

You will collaborate with web development, content, merchandising, and marketing to improve product discoverability, site performance, and search visibility

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience driving organic revenue and traffic for ecommerce/DTC brands (Shopify preferred).
• Demonstrated AEO/LLM expertise optimizing content for AI-driven discovery.
• Deep technical SEO skills: schema markup, site speed, crawl management, URL architecture.
• E-commerce acumen: electronics/tech hardware buyer journeys, product feed management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic search roadmap for core site and Shopify storefronts.
• Develop and implement AI Engine Optimization across major AI surfaces (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
• Optimize Shopify performance: taxonomy, PDPs, structured data, internal linking, canonical tags.
• Coordinate with IT/web dev to maintain site health and enable smooth migrations/new features.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards linking organic traffic and revenue to business outcomes.
