Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager to lead organic search across corporate sites and Shopify storefronts. You will drive traffic, acquisitions, and DTC revenue using technical SEO, content optimization, and AI‑driven discovery approaches.

You will collaborate with web development, content, merchandising, and marketing teams to improve product discoverability and rankings while measuring impact on revenue and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience growing organic revenue and traffic for e-commerce/DTC brands (Shopify experience preferred).
• Demonstrated AEO/LLM expertise optimizing content for AI-driven discovery and understanding of how LLMs crawl and surface recommendations.
• Hands-on mastery of schema markup (Product, FAQ, TechArticle), site speed optimization, structured data, crawl budget, and URL architecture.
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics/tech hardware buyer journeys and product feed management.
• Ability to translate complex technical search requirements into clear business priorities for engineering, merchandising, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic search roadmap across core site architecture and Shopify storefronts to drive traffic and revenue.
• Develop and implement an AI Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategy to maximize brand authority and recommendations across AI platforms.
• Optimize Shopify store performance including collection pages, PDPs, structured data, internal linking, and canonical tags.
• Partner with D2C teams and manage Google Merchant Center feed optimization with SEO.
• Maintain technical site health: crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile performance.
• Define organic KPIs and build dashboards linking traffic and revenue.
