Job summary

Deloitte Cyber is seeking an AI Security Senior Manager to guide enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk management for clients implementing generative AI and agentic systems. You will lead cross-functional teams across data, infrastructure, identity, security operations and application security to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will advise executives, shape scalable patterns, and drive multi-workstream programs with a focus on governance, risk, and board reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/IT/cybersecurity/risk management.
• 12+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting.
• 12+ years advising on AI/ML risk at executive level.
• Experience leading AI governance and security strategy programs.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives on enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and risk appetite.
• Lead multi-workstream AI security strategy projects from assessment to design and governance adoption.
• Define scalable cybersecurity patterns, AI risk taxonomies, and board reporting models.
• Provide strategic oversight across data, infrastructure, identity, app security, and security ops.
• Lead pursuits and account growth, shaping strategic solutions and delivery approaches.
• Oversee client relationships, engagement quality, risk, and satisfaction across AI security work.
• Build capability through offerings, alliances, accelerators, and future leaders.
