Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks an AI Security Senior Consultant to own and deliver work helping clients adopt AI securely. You will define cybersecurity controls, governance, policy, and risk management approaches to deploy AI safely across the enterprise, working with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, and Application Security teams.

You will lead client engagements, guide junior practitioners, run workshops, and help win new work, with travel and a focus on AI risk,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, IT, cybersecurity or risk management.
4+ years in cybersecurity, risk or tech consulting with AI/ML experience.
Experience with AI/ML concepts incl. model development and RAG.
Familiarity with AI risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS).

Responsibilities

Lead AI cybersecurity controls governance assessments across business units.
Facilitate workshops with security, risk, data science, legal and business leaders.
Develop AI risk registers and maturity assessments aligned to standards.
Translate strategic recommendations into workstream roadmaps and coordinate teams.
Draft governance artifacts, policy templates, and AI security materials.
Guide workstreams, support client demonstrations, and pursuits.
