Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant in AI Security to assess AI risk postures, architect security controls, and develop governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption across industries. You will deliver AI security engagements, AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM), and governance program design while collaborating with clients and EY teams.

Travel 25-50% may be required. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic advisory and architecture engagements, shaping EY’s AI security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience, including AI security exposure.
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, or AI model risk evaluations.
• Familiarity with AI governance, policy development, and risk management frameworks.
• CI/CD security and DevSecOps experience with security tooling.
• Knowledge of AI regulatory guidance and security controls design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI security engagements, AI-SPM implementations, and governance frameworks.
• Assess AI pipelines, model infrastructure, and identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop remediation strategies and client deliverables for executive audiences.
• Architect AI security tooling configurations and continuous monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with EY teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to practice growth.
