Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in AI Security to help clients assess AI risk, architect security controls, and develop governance frameworks across industries. You will deliver AI security engagements, evaluate AI/ML pipelines, and collaborate with EY teams to drive secure AI outcomes.

This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic advisory, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts to executives. Travel 25–50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of relevant experience including 1–2 years in AI or ML security
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI-SPM, or AI model risk evaluations
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS)
• Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI security assessments and evaluate AI/ML pipelines and model infrastructure
• Identify vulnerabilities in AI systems and propose remediation strategies
• Architect and support AI-SPM solutions and security tooling across deployments
• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards for regulatory alignment
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture docs, and executive presentations
• Collaborate with EY teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to practice growth
