Job summary

Deloitte Cyber is seeking an AI Security Senior Consultant to help clients assess and govern AI-related cybersecurity risks. You will define controls, governance, and risk management approaches for secure AI deployment, working with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable requirements.

You will guide junior practitioners, lead workstreams, and help win and deliver new AI security engagements while aligning with industry standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity or Risk Management.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity, risk or tech consulting; AI/ML exposure.
• Experience with AI risk & security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top10, MITRE ATLAS).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity control governance assessments across business units & use cases.
• Facilitate workshops with security, risk, data science, legal and business leaders.
• Develop AI risk registers, control frameworks and maturity assessments.
• Translate strategy into workstream roadmaps with technical teams.
• Draft governance artifacts: intake processes, policy templates, model risk tiers.
• Manage workstreams, dependencies, and client demonstrations.
