Job summary

Deloitte, a global professional services firm, seeks an AI Security Manager to lead engagements advising on AI governance, risk, and security controls across enterprise AI programs. You will translate business and regulatory objectives into governance frameworks and risk operating models, while guiding teams from assessment through implementation alongside cyber capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity or Risk Management.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or tech consulting with AI risk exposure.
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks and security strategy programs for enterprises.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and risks of generative AI and agentic systems.
• Experience leading client-facing advisory or risk engagements and cross-functional workstreams.
• Ability to travel 25%-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity strategy assessments and governance workshops.
• Translate objectives into AI governance frameworks and control operating models.
• Advise clients on AI security strategy and review governance artifacts.
• Manage engagement scope, milestones, quality, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with data, infrastructure, identity, and security leaders to implement strategy.
• Shape solutions during pursuits and develop reusable cyber strategy assets.
