Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Security Senior Consultant to lead assessments and governance for AI cybersecurity across client environments. The role combines advisory work with risk governance, ensuring AI deployments meet regulatory and security standards.

You will guide junior practitioners, manage workstreams, and contribute to pursuits while collaborating with data, infrastructure, and application security teams to implement resilient AI security architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management
• 4+ years of cybersecurity or technology consulting experience
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and model development
• Experience applying AI risk/security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS)
• Ability to travel 25–50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state assessments of AI cybersecurity controls governance and risk management
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops with security, risk, data science, legal and business leaders
• Develop AI risk registers and maturity assessments aligned to standards
• Translate strategic recommendations into workstream roadmaps with cross-team coordination
• Draft governance artifacts, including AI use-case intake processes and policy templates
• Own a workstream, manage milestones, and support client demonstrations and pursuits
