Job summary

Harmonic Security in San Francisco seeks a seasoned Solutions Engineer to own pre-sales technical activities from discovery to POV completion. You will collaborate with the US sales team to close opportunities and articulate customer requirements as actionable feedback for product teams.

You’ll build POVs, translate insights into technical content, and thrive in a fast-moving enterprise security environment, leveraging AI productivity tools and MDM platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as solutions/presales engineer in enterprise security.
• Hands-on with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and managing data in enterprise environments.
• Thrives in fast-moving settings with multiple concurrent engagements and clear judgment.
• Experience deploying/managing software in enterprise environments with MDM (Intune, JAMF, Kandji).
• Ability to translate customer blockers/requirements into actionable product feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sale technical activities end-to-end from discovery to POV completion and close.
• Collaborate with US/North America sales to close new opportunities and support existing customers.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback for engineering and product teams.
• Work with product and marketing to convert technical insights into compelling content and messaging.
• Contribute to the SA team's demo environments, POV playbooks, and integration scripts.
