Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager in the United States to lead secure AI initiatives and reinvent cybersecurity services with AI. You will assess GenAI/ML systems, build security patterns, and partner with teams to scale AI-enabled security capabilities for clients.

Requirements include 7+ years in cybersecurity, proficiency with NIST/ISO/CIS, and hands-on AI/ML security experience, including LLM APIs and AI agents. Domestic travel ~40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in cybersecurity, focused on secure software and data-heavy products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML regulatory environments and ethical considerations for AI deployment.
• Hands-on with AI/ML or GenAI security, including LLM APIs and AI agents/tools.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and related security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design and deploy secure AI/ML applications, protecting PII and sensitive data.
• Stay ahead of AI security threats and regulatory requirements to ensure market standards.
• Document security protocols and conduct security training for the team.
