Job summary
Everforth Apex seeks a Business Analyst to lead the next‑generation external search engine implementation, transforming customer search with AI-powered capabilities. You will drive an Agile/SAFe transformation, coordinate with product, development, and marketing teams, and ensure end‑to‑end delivery of the initiative.
You will gather requirements, analyze solutions, support QA, and manage stakeholders while coordinating onshore and offshore teams to deliver measurable improvements in search
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Project Management, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst leading enterprise search implementations.
- Strong understanding of search technologies; Elastic preferred; familiarity with semantic search, AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise search transformation in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Gather requirements and analyze with business partners, dev teams, and product owner.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage stakeholder communication; provide project leadership.
- Develop project plans and business workflows; analyze solutions focusing on automation and AI/ML.
- Support QA: ensure test plans and coordinate testing with onshore/offshore teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize content for search results and user engagement.
- Monitor KPIs on search effectiveness and user satisfaction; source and negotiate with vendors as needed.
