Qualifications

• BS or MS in Project Management, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst leading enterprise search implementations.
• Strong understanding of search technologies; Elastic preferred; familiarity with semantic search, AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs.

The position involves driving a key digital transformation project from end-to-end in a fast-paced, Agile environment, focusing on continued innovation and development across the company website.Key Responsibilities* Drive enterprise search transformation, aligning technical efforts with business needs and ensuring execution within an Agile/SAFe environment.* Serve as the core Business Analyst, gathering requirements, performing detailed analysis, and collaborating with business partners, development teams, and the product owner.* Facilitate scrum ceremonies, manage stakeholder communication, and provide project leadership to drive the initiative forward.* Develop project plans, create business workflows, and analyze solutions with a focus on automation, AI/ML, and overall value.* Support the QA team by ensuring test plans are in place and acting as the main coordinator for testing.* Drive implementation with onshore and offshore software development teams.* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for optimizing content for improved search results and user engagement.* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to search effectiveness and user satisfaction.* May be responsible for sourcing, negotiations, and managing outside vendors.Required Qualifications**Education:** A BS or MS degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is required.**Experience:** This role requires 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on expertise leading implementations of enterprise search technologies. Previous job titles may include Enterprise Search BA, Search Product Owner, or Project Manager - Search.**Technical Skills:** Candidates must have a strong understanding of search technologies, including a preference for Elastic. Familiarity with semantic search concepts, AI/ML, GenAI, and LLMs is necessary.
